Last week I did'nt get to go to my work experience as I was sick :( I was unable to attend in case I gave anything to the Children. I really missed it!!! Anyways I had a great time yesterday, as always :)
The day started off with Katie, Ciara and I being upstairs with my group as their was a staff meeting on downstairs.They played with the toys and did some colouring!! The children then stuck their paper bats onto a yellow plate which they had painted the week before.
Since it was raining we could'nt get outside to play so the children were quite hyper as they couldnt release their energy outside! :L I asked them what they are dressing up as for Halloween and they told me costumes such as witches, princesses. cats, firemen and skeletons! :)
In the after school care we made 'Halloween' jelly with them. We placed little jellies at the bottom of the cup and then poured in green jelly on top! I had a great time and I can't wait to go back in two weeks time, as we have the day off next week for Halloween.
